My Kingdom for a Super Walmart!

We drove around 300 miles to a campsite, stopping for lunch and to look at the ocean, as we were driving the coastal route. The campground we stayed at was nothing special, set in the middle of nowhere, so we were happy we were only staying one night. The next day we headed to a campsite around 200 miles away, and tried to find somewhere to get food from, as there seems to be a lack of Super Walmarts in California. We found a Super Walmart, however they were remodeling and didn’t have the meat, bakery or deli section. We made do with what they had and got what we could, and continued to head to our campground, set in a State Park near the water. The weather has turned cold here, it is the same temps at Brisbane at the moment with a cold wind blowing. The campground is quite nice, with a view of the water which is around a 15 minute walk away across sand dunes and the like. We are staying at this campsite for two nights and today went for a walk to the beach. The water is so blue in the morning, and turns gray in the evening. This brings us up to date, it’s the 9th July over here. Our plan tomorrow is to drive to the campsite we are staying at, via the airport to see where we can pick Barry up from when he arrives at 9.30 tomorrow night. As RVs are not allowed to park at Airports due to their size, we will park at a shop near the airport and when Barry arrives and calls us, we will give him the address of where we are and get him to get a taxi out to us. This will be the cheapest and easiest thing to do for all of us.
